Please schedule your appointments in advance, as this ensures that there will be adequate time for your pet(s) to be seen by our doctors and staff.
Please let us know if you have multiple pets as this allows us to schedule more time for you.
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. Please call us within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. No show appointments or late cancellations may result in a $50 fee.

Dental and soft tissue surgery appointments require a $100 deposit that will be applied to your invoice at the time services are rendered. This deposit is non-refundable if surgery is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled procedure.
Pets scheduled for surgery will have a morning drop-off time between 7:30 – 8:20 AM.
Your pet is normally discharged between 3:00 – 4:30 PM the same day. However, our technician will call you with an appropriate discharge time after your pet has recovered.

Appointment deposits will be required for the following situations. This deposit is refundable with a 24-hour notice for office consultations and 48-hour notice for surgical procedures.
- $100 deposit for all dental and soft tissue surgical procedures. This deposit will be applied to your invoice at the time services are rendered. This deposit is required no later than one week prior to the scheduled procedure or at the time of scheduling for late additions.
- New Client Appointments will require a $50/pet deposit to schedule an appointment. This deposit will go towards services rendered. This deposit is refundable with 24-hour notice. No-show or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
- All late cancellations and no-show appointments are subject to a $50 fee and may require additional deposits to reschedule. Exceptions are at the discretion of the practice.
