Before your first visit to the clinic, we will have you fill out our New Client Form. Please email it to [email protected] with the date of your first appointment attached at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If your pet has received medical care elsewhere, either attach the records to your emailed New Client Form or submit records to the clinic at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If your pet has not been established with us and is in need of urgent or emergency care, we recommend calling Red River Animal Emergency Hospital (701-478-9299).
