Meet The Staff
Heidi, Client Relations Specialist
Growing up in Grand Forks, Heidi has always loved animals. 
She currently has a 16-year old domestic longhair named Chelsie and two 3-year old domestic shorthair siblings
named Supp and Tigger. On her spare time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, watching movies, and
teaching her cats new tricks (they already know how to sit and shake).
Paula, Client Relations Specialist
Paula grew up in the southwestern part of the U.S., and spent most of her life in
Nevada and California before venturing
up north to Grand Forks in 1999. She has three grown children and three stepchildren, which together give her sixteen
grandchildren. Paula has a 2-year old Yorkshire terrier named Chip and a 13-year old Teacup poodle named Heidi, both
rescues from the clinic. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets, and when not working at Petcetera, she
runs her own candle business.
